AXP Adviseurs and AXP for Models (AXP) process your personal data only when necessary, for example, to fulfill agreements that AXP has entered into with you.

Who is responsible for your personal data?
AXP is the data controller in the sense of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). When we refer to AXP, we mean the legal entities AXP Adviseurs BV, AXP Adviseurs Amsterdam BV, and AXP4Models BV, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under the following numbers 69246181, 75597810, and 69246408, respectively.
For what purpose is data processing carried out?
AXP processes your personal data for the following purposes:

We use the services of third parties to process your personal data. These third parties act as processors for us. Your personal data is processed by our processors on secure servers within the EU. We have entered into processor agreements with all our processors in accordance with European and Dutch privacy regulations;
We will not disclose your personal data to law enforcement, other government officials, or third parties without a court order or formal request from the government in accordance with applicable laws unless we believe in good faith that the disclosure of information is justified;

Data retention period
AXP does not retain your data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it has collected your data.
The retention period(s) are as follows:
Standard personal data: fiscal retention period of 7 years;
Special personal data collected during the execution of the assignment you have provided to AXP: as long as the assignment is ongoing, but after the assignment, the fiscal
retention period of 7 years always applies;
Personal data related to the sending of any online information: as long as you are registered.
Social media channels
AXP uses various social media channels through buttons and links on its websites. These social media channels also collect information. To understand what happens to the data, the privacy policies of the social media channels can provide clarification.

AXP takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized alteration(s). In this situation, we may ask you to send a copy of your identity document. In that case, make your passport photo, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport, ID number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN) black. This is to protect your privacy.
A data breach, what now?
If you accidentally gain access to personal data that was not intended for you (or become aware that this has happened), please report this to us.
Complaints
If you have a complaint or any other question about the processing of your personal data, you can send an email to lianne@axp.nl. We will do our best to assist you. If you are not satisfied with the handling of the complaint, you can contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority and, if desired, file a complaint.
